Kozlowski Pies are prepared two unique ways. Seasonally, Carmen’s original style is featured, the Old Fashioned Double Crust Pie. Her later creation, the Pecan Crumb Top Pie, is available year round at local retailers. The Pecan Crumb Top Pie has been created based her version of a streusel topping. The delicious pie crusts are made with real fruit, 100% butter (no margarine here!) and wheat flour milled in California and the western United States.
